Rules and Regulation

To ensure a safe and fun experience for all guests, the management requests you act in a responsible manner and follow the rules and guidelines below

  1. All persons shall take a cleansing shower before using the pool. A bather leaving the pool to use the toilet shall take another cleansing shower before returning to the pool.
  2. Anyone who has or has had diarrhea in the past two (2) weeks shall not use the pool.
  3. Anyone who has an area of exposed subepidermal tissue, open blisters, cuts, etc., is advised not to use the pool.
  4. Diving is permitted in only permitted in the diving pool.
  5. Children under 10 years of age must be supervised by an adult.
  6. All diaper aged children shall use plastic pants with tight fitting elastic at the legs and waist, or swim diapers.
  7. Do not change diapers at poolside.
  8. No glass or outside or outside foot or drinks are permitted in the facility.
  9. No running or rough play is permitted in the pool, on diving boards, on floats, on platforms, in dressing rooms, or in showers.
  10. Spitting, spouting of water, blowing the nose, and similar behavior in the pool is prohibited.
  11. No prohibited substances are allowed in the facility or parking lot. These include, but are not limited to alcoholic beverages, controlled substances, weapons, explosives of any kind.  Violators will be subject to expulsion and arrest.
  12. Smoking or the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted in the facility or parking lot.
  13. Street clothes are not allowed in the pool.  These include cut-offs or loose shirts.  Clothing with snaps, zippers or other metal accessories is not permitted.
  14. Please don’t talk to the lifeguards needlessly.
  15. The use of inappropriate language and profanity is not permitted and can result in expulsion.
  16. No public display of affection.
  17. No one under the age of 18 and taller than 4 feet is permitted in the Toddler Pool.
  18. Adult swims will occur during the last 15 minutes of each hour. During this time, patrons under the age of 18 must exist the competition pool.
  19. The management may amend any rule to maintain safety and protect pool property.
Weather Conditions

Weather Conditions

  1. If lightning is seen or thunder is heard the pool and surrounding deck will immediately be cleared and a 30-minute observation period will occur.
  2. If after 30 minutes no additional lighting has been seen or thunder heard, patrons may return to the pool and surrounding deck.
  3. If during the 30-minute observation period additional lightning is seen or thunder heard, an additional 30-minute observation period will occur.
  4. If air temperatures fall below 70 degrees F. the pool may close.
  5. The management may override these rules or close the pool as deemed necessary.

  1. No flotation devices are permitted on the slide. These include, but are not limited to; water wings, ski belts and life jackets.
  2. One (1) rider at a time. Wait until the lifeguard gives the all clear signal indicating that the landing area is clear before entering the slide.
  3. Patrons are not permitted to catch other patrons at the bottom of the slide.
  4. Slide in a sitting position or on the back with “feet first” only. Arms should remain at the side or across chest.
  5. Do not attempt to stop on the slide.
  6. Leave the plunge area immediately.
  7. During adult swim periods, the slide will only be open to patrons over the age of 18.
  8. No line jumping. Violators may be expelled from the attraction as well as the facility.
  9. No swimming apparel containing metal components such as snaps or zippers are permitted.
  10. Warning: Water depth is 5-1/2 feet deep.
  11. The management may amend any rule to maintain safety and protect pool property.
